How to apply for terms
Before you get started with your terms application, be sure that the team member who will complete the forms is a registered user on your account. If you need to add a user, go to the "People" tab of the dashboard and click the "Add" button in the top right corner.


Once the correct user is logged into the dashboard, open your account's settings. You can find them by clicking on your name and "Settings."

On the settings page, click the "Billing" tab. The Credit terms application will be located at the bottom of the page. Click "Apply" to open the form.

Complete the application with company details, contact information, and two trade references.

The final step is to upload your company's most recent W-9.

That's it! The Mothership finance team will review your application and validate the company standing with the trade references provided. Processing can take 7-14 business days, and our team will follow up with the next steps via email. In the meantime, feel free to ship using a credit card or ACH payment method.
