Mothership's same-day guarantee
We love being the fastest freight carrier around. If you are placing a shipment in one of our same-day local zones, you can get your freight picked up and delivered in a single day. To be eligible for our same-day option you must allow a 4-hour window between ready for pickup time and both origin and destination closing times. For example, if your warehouse closes at 5 pm and the warehouse you are delivering to closes at 6 pm, your freight must be ready for pickup at 12 pm or earlier.
How to book same-day freight shipping
Your freight ready-time must be at or before 12 pm, and allow a 4-hour window between ready for pick-up time and both origin and destination closing times.
If your "ready for pick-up" time is 12 pm or later:
If the standard 4-hour pickup window cannot be met, same-day delivery may still be available as an exception using our Same-Day Guarantee option. Please check the same-day guarantee box at checkout. Please note that additional fees apply when booking after 12 pm.
