How do I get support?

Log in to your Mothership dashboard

Navigate to any active shipment, or any shipment-related page (rebill, invoice)

On the shipment page, look for the Chat with Support button (top-right corner)

Click to open the chat for that shipment, and follow up on a teammate’s message or start a new conversation
For non-shipment questions (billing, account management, general inquiries), a general chat option remains available.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where did the chat widget go?
The floating chat icon has been replaced by shipment-specific threads. Navigate to the shipment you have a question about and click Chat with Support.
Can my whole team see the chat history?
Yes — chats are visible to all users on your account with access to that shipment.
What if my question isn't about a specific shipment?
A general chat option is still available in your dashboard for billing, account, and general questions.
Will I lose my old chat history?
Active chats will be migrated. Closed chats will not be migrated.
Is this available on mobile?
Yes — accessible via mobile browsers when logged into your dashboard.
What languages are supported?
Chat in using any language, and your messages will automatically be translated before reaching our support team.

Weekends and Holidays: Please note that live chat support is not available on weekends or major holidays. However, our extensive collection of help articles and chat automation is accessible 24/7, allowing you to find answers even when live support is unavailable. For general shipping status, please be sure to leverage your dashboard.
