How to upload a delivery receipt
As the final delivery step, you will be prompted to scan your delivery receipt.

Tap scan delivery receipt.

Place your DR on a flat surface.

Aim your camera at the DR and position the document in the frame.

Hover your phone until a blue square appears and covers the entire document.

Once positioned correctly, press the button to take the photo.

Submit your document.

Ensure all signatures are legible and visible in the frame.

Place the document on a contrasting background for added clarity.

Make sure the scan is not blurry and free from dark areas, like shadows.

Why is it important to upload clear receipts?
If your DR photo is unclear, you may be denied payout until uploading a better copy.
We send delivery receipts as black and white documents to our customers, so it's important that the capture is clear and without any shadows caused by capturing a hand holding the document or from inadequate lighting.
