Reporting damages or missing freight
As a carrier, you are protected by having the ability to take photos and report any overages, shortages, or damages that occur at pickup or delivery, within the app.
You can report damages or missing freight at the first step of pick up or delivery.
Tap “Report issue"
Here you will be able to describe what is damaged or missing and take photos to reference.
Submit the reported damage and continue through your delivery or pickup process.
