How do I add additional carriers to my organization?
Contact Mothership through our live chat feature in the app. Then we will do the onboarding process internally for you, just have your new driver download the Mothership mobile app and create their own account.

Registration requirements
The number of drivers associated with your Mothership account needs to be equal to or less than the number of carriers shown on your DOT registration.

Insurance requirements
The number of drivers and vehicles associated with your account must be equal to or less than the number covered by your insurance policy.
What is needed from my new driver to begin onboarding?
Drivers being added to an org need to download the app, create an account and upload their truck photos/truck details. When your new driver gets to the DOT submission page, they will need to contact us via our chat feature to bypass this step and get them added to your organization.
Once added, all they need to do is enter their truck details and submit photos.

Payment Settings
By our company default setting, your new driver (and other any non-owners on the account) will not be able to see shipment rates or job payouts.
