How do I contact Support?

Support is available Monday through Friday via the live chat feature in your app, there is no phone number for our support team.

In your Mothership app, we offer support via our live chat feature located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

Tap the headset icon.
The headset icon is displayed on most screens of your Mothership App and will always lead you directly to our Help Center, where you can start a live chat with one of our support team members.

Tap "Send us a message".

To get the conversation started, topic prompts will automatically pop up.

 

This gives our support team a better idea of what you need so they can join the conversation prepared to point you in the right direction, as fast as possible.

You can also "Search for help" in the Help Center.

Here you have access to all of our Mothership help articles.

You can browse FAQS, glossary terms, policies, and even type in a direct question.

As you input your question, we will serve you with the most relevant help articles related to your search.

Once you've found your question or related topic, tap the article.

This will take you to the full article with links to other relevant articles you may be searching for.

Should you need them again, these articles will always be accessible in the Help Center for you to reference.

Is the only support option the in-app chat?

The live chat feature is currently the only form of support Mothership offers.

Our customer support team is US based, available Sunday 9pm CT - Friday 9pm CT.


Is there a support team available during weekends?

There's no live chat support on the weekends but help articles are always available.
