How do I cancel a load?
Loads can be canceled in-app before pick-up. If that option is unavailable, please contact support.
What happens if I need to cancel a load?
We realize things happen, and you may not be able to deliver a load you had previously accepted. Loads can be canceled on your own, in-app before you arrive at the pick-up location.
We aim to provide our customers with consistent, reliable service. Since cancelations negatively impact reliability in our network, late or frequent cancelations will affect your likelihood of receiving offers in the future.
How do I cancel a load?
You can cancel a load before pick-up without having to contact support.

Go to your schedule preview in the Mothership app and select the load you’d wish to cancel.

Tap the "Cancel" button to cancel the load.

Confirm the cancelation, and it will be removed from your schedule.
What if I need to cancel after pick-up?
Please contact support if you have already picked up the freight and need to cancel the load. In your Mothership app, we offer support via our live chat feature located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Tap the headset icon and select "send a message" Here, you will tap through the prompts, choose the load you want to cancel, and then "cancel a shipment."
