How can I update my truck information?
It’s important to keep your truck information up to date, to ensure you’re receiving the best loads for your equipment.
When do I need to update my truck information?
Whenever there are changes to your truck or equipment, contact support if you need to edit the following information:

Truck type

Truck length
-
Trailer door size
-
Max weight capacity
-
Capabilities
-
Added liftgate, or other truck equipment.

Additional certifications such as Hazmat.

Where can I access my truck information?
All of your truck details on located on your account page.
What happens if I get a new truck or upgrade my vehicle?
When upgrading your truck you will be asked to provide your new vehicle's information, like insurance and photos.
What happens if my liftgate or truck breaks down?
Let us know if you are experiencing any issues like a broken liftgate or changes to your vehicle that might affect your ability to perform deliveries.

What information do I need to provide for my account to be updated?

Proof of insurance coverage in the event of a vehicle change.
Note: this may require you to resubmit insurance information

Updated photos of your new or upgraded vehicle.

New photos of added equipment i.e: liftgates.
