How can I transfer a load?

Transfer Policy

As of October 31st, 2022, Mothership no longer allows transfers between drivers. Our load-matching technology finds the most compatible nearby carriers to ensure on-time arrival. Manually transferring loads takes away the reliability offered through our advanced routing technology.

 

Can I transfer a load to other carriers in my organization?

Carrier organization owners cannot accept a load on behalf of their company drivers.

 

If you have accepted a load in an effort to transfer it to another driver in your organization, you can cancel the load on your own in the app. Attempted transfers are still viewed as cancelations and will affect load eligibility as such. Please ensure all your company drivers accept loads on their own to avoid cancelation penalties and maintain reliability.
