Mothership's load-matching technology relies on your precise location to offer you the best loads available. Make sure your location is always shared with Mothership. If your location sharing is “only while using the app,” your location is only known when the app is open on your phone, and Mothership won’t have accurate information to offer you new nearby loads. When you have your location shared “always”, you are always eligible for nearby loads.

How can I view the loads available in my area?
Every Mothership load gets offered with select eligible carriers in real-time. Loads are only visible to those carriers and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To view your available loads, visit the Nearby tab in the Mothership Carrier app. You can also receive new loads via SMS and push notifications. Double-check your notification settings to ensure you'll receive them instantly.
I clicked on an offer but couldn't see it in the app. What happened?
When a load is no longer available, another qualified carrier has accepted the offer.
Where can I drive?
Mothership operates in 37 metropolitan areas nationwide. Carriers can work in any zone and receive dispatches based on their most recent location.
