When informing our Support team of the additional services, please provide specific information for each scenario. If you are inquiring about a past load, you will need to provide the MS# you are referencing.
Pick-up attempt
If you have been on location for a minimum of 30 minutes or have confirmed with the shipper that you are unable to receive the freight for reasons beyond your control, please contact Support.
Some common reasons include:

Pick-up location hours were listed incorrectly.

The pick-up address was incorrect.

Nobody was available for the pick-up, or the freight was not ready for pick-up within the required wait time

More freight is given than listed on the BOL and you are unable to fit or would be prevented from taking additional pickups as a result of added freight.
Important to note: After 5 minutes at the pick-up location you are able to call the shipper. Calling can potentially cut down on your wait time and/or resolve the pick-up issue.
Wait time (detention)
After arriving within the expected pickup/delivery time, carriers on our network are expected to wait up to a minimum of 30 minutes before wait time fees are incurred.
Common reasons for wait time:

Truck line, limited dock doors

Warehouse staff are on lunch

Additional Pallet
When notifying us of this shipper request, please send a photo to show the additional pallet or pallet space occupied by the freight.
Adding a pallet is only permitted for freight with the same delivery details. If the shipper wants to load an additional pallet with a different delivery location, they must book a new shipment.
Labor
Please provide the amount of time spent, and the reason additional labor occurred when notifying our support team. Please note, that this does not include expected labor - only additional labor. For example, unloading for box trucks is expected and would not be considered additional labor unless it is not specified in your truck capabilities.
Standard services
Eligible carriers on our network are expected to provide the following services, without additional fees, if requested by a shipper.
Liftgate: Mothership offers the liftgate accessorial as a free service. Therefore, if a customer did not book the liftgate accessorial, but you arrive with an operational liftgate, you can operate your liftgate at the customer's request. There is no additional charge for this service.
Residential Delivery: Delivery to a non-commercial location, most often to a home or apartment. In most cases, you'll need to operate a liftgate to unload the freight. You will also need to make contact with the residents to confirm they can receive the delivery.
Dedicated Truck: When a shipper books a dedicated service, only their freight gets loaded onboard. For dedicated loads, you're expected to arrive with an empty trailer and transport the shipment directly from pick-up to delivery without any additional stops.
Scheduled Stop: A scheduled delivery must be completed within the consignee's selected time frame. You’ll notice the clock symbol next to all scheduled deliveries.
