Billing Overview Improvements: Clearer Balances and Smarter Spend Visibility | 2026-01-13

What’s Improved

Clearer Balances

- When a balance is past due, we now show a single Past Due amount when due and past-due totals match. - This removes redundant information and makes it easier to understand what needs attention.

Spend Power Visibility

- Customers on prepaid funds, payment terms, or credits will now see Total Available to Spend. - Customers paying by card or ACH will only see spend availability when credits exist. - Credit activity now links directly to Credit History for better transparency.

Improved Status Indicators

- Exhausted prepaid funds or terms now display $0 in red, clearly indicating when balances need to be replenished. - Zero balances are only shown when relevant, such as when you’ve previously used prepaid funds or terms.

Smoother Payments and Filtering

- “Pay Now” actions now take you directly to payment, reducing extra steps. - Date filtering is faster and more precise, with a full calendar view and automatic application once dates are selected. - “Adjustment charges” are now labeled as Rebills for clarity. - Helpful tooltips throughout the page provide additional context when needed.
